RV Roof Technician – Midwest RV Roof

Skilled Tradespeople Wanted!
Midwest RV Roof is hiring an RV Roof Technician. Put your skills in construction, coatings, or RV repair to work – and get specialized training in FlexArmor, the last roof an RV will ever need. Experience with slide roof replacement or solar installs is a bonus.
What You’ll Do:
- Prep, repair, and apply FlexArmor to RV roofs
- Assist with RV slide repairs and adjustments
- Repair and replace awnings and slide toppers
- Ensure quality workmanship and attention to detail on every job
- Work in a clean, indoor shop environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Hands-on skills and willingness to learn a specialized trade
- Background in construction, coatings, painting, auto body, or similar field is a plus
- Experience with RV slide repair or awning repair is a strong advantage
- Reliable, motivated, safety-minded, and team-oriented
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed
